Basic cleaning for accessible dryer and bathroom exhaust vents in Toronto condos and apartments.
What’s included
Focused on accessible vent sections.
We remove lint and debris approximately 1–2 metres (3–6 feet) into the vent from the accessible end. Bathroom exhaust vents can also be included, where accessible.
This is basic maintenance cleaning. Long duct runs, concealed sections, roof outlets, and blockages beyond that reach need a separate assessment.

What if I have a ventless dryer?
A ventless dryer has no external exhaust duct for this service. Let us know your dryer type before booking so we can discuss what is suitable.
Can you clean an entire concealed duct run?
Our basic service reaches approximately 1–2 metres from the accessible end. Longer or concealed duct runs and inaccessible outlets are outside that basic scope and need separate assessment.
What do you need before quoting a building?
Please share the unit count, approximate number of bathrooms, dryer types if known, and any access or scheduling restrictions. We can discuss a coordinated building visit.
How can I pay?
The flyer lists e-Transfer as preferred, with Square credit-card payments and cash also available. Confirm payment details directly with Paul when arranging your visit.
